Herbal Detox tea for Weight Loss | How to Make herbal tea to lose Weight |Healthy Natural Spiced Tea
This Herbal Detox tea soothes digestion, remove toxins, improves and reduces inflammation and hence is very useful in weight loss. However you can’t find this tea at any grocery stores, thus you will have to make it yourself by getting some basic ingredients form you nearby stores. To this tea you can Add raw honey or lemon for flavor and extra detoxifying benefits.
Ingredients to make Herbal Detox tea for weight loss :-
1 Cup Water (230 ml)
1/2 tsp crushed/grated ginger
2-3 crushed Cloves
1/2 tsp Fennel Seeds
1/2 tsp ground Cinnamon
1 tsp raw/organic honey (optional)
Few drops of lime juice (Optional)
Method to make Herbal Tea to lose Weight:-
Heat 1 cup of water and add ginger, clove, Fennel seeds and cinnamon mix well. Bring the concoction to a boil. Reduce the heat to low and let it simmer for few minutes. Switch off the flame and cover the container. Let the ingredients further infuse in water. After 8-10 min strain the tea and have it warm.
You can add raw honey or lime juice to the tea. Don’t mix these two ingredients while making the tea add them once the flame is off and you are just about to have your tea.
You can have this tea 2-3 times a day after meal , it also cures acidity, indigestion, cold, cough and sore throat.
