warm coconut matcha chai latte | cozy and comforting recipe to welcome fall!

We’re entering fall territory now… And what better way to welcome it than with a special recipe featuring our Chai Matcha blend on Chai Day! Think cozy and comforting with notes of coconut and cinnamon. It’s the epitome of a fall drink!

Ingredients
— 1 tbsp Matcha.com Chai Matcha powder
— 6oz coconut milk
— 1/2 cup water
— 1/2 tsp cinnamon
— 2 tbsp maple syrup
— 1 star anise

Directions
— Add everything into a pot,and mix.
— Turn the heat on medium.
— Bring to a boil then turn on low.
— Let simmer for 5 minutes.
— Remove the star anise.
— Pour into mugs, and enjoy!
